CleverEye provides information about response times and availability from a user perspective. Response times are gathered from both inside and outside a fire-wall, and used to provide data that ensures that the website is working properly and that response times (end-to-end user experience) are acceptable.
By combining response time data, with server-side systems data, more data is provided to allow monitoring of a complete e-business system.
CleverEye features 2 modules that will monitor response times of scenarios from the user perspective: both provide reports, alerts, and flexible views.
TaskWatch will monitor commonly user tasks and come with predefined tests for Exchange, LDAP, WebServer, FTP, Webserver tests, DNS test, Database tests, Network File Copy tests, and more. Click here to read more about TaskWatch.
AppsWatch enables you to monitor more complicated scenarios. Any application that is accessed by the user from a Windows front end. You can click and record your scenario and keep track of how long each step takes. Also monitor from different client locations. Click here to read about AppsWatch.
